    *Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks, can be frozen for up to 3 months

  • NOTE

    As our koji is freshly prepared semi-dried koji, the kit will be dispatched once a week (usually, Wednesday or Thursday)
    Orders received by Saturday will be dispatched the following week

    Manufactured and packed in an environment where nuts, milk, eggs, sesame are handled
